Do you deliver campers?

Our strong preference is that you come to the shop to pick up your camper. This allows us to walk you through everything and give us the opportunity to try to address any concerns you may have at that point. That said, we do work with a RV freight company that would be able to deliver your camper to you if that's what you need. We can discuss these options more when you are ready to place your order.

What is the warranty?

As with all other manufacturers, individual components (fridge, furnace, AC, etc.) are covered by the manufacturer of those components. For everything else, we offer a one year warranty. In all cases, it is extremely important to us that you are completly satisfied with your camper and your experiance with us. We will do whatever we can to make sure that happens!

What if I have a warranty issue but do not live near the factory?

While we believe that we can provide the best service, we understand that there may be situations where it is not feasible to return to our shop. In those cases (with preauthorization) we will work with you to find a dealer or mobile service technician to take care of any covered warranty work at our cost.

Where are the fiberglass shells made?

The Arctos is made in Ohio at our factory.

The Koda fiberglass shell is made by SpaceKap in Quebec, Canada and has been around for over 50 years. It is a testament to the design of the SpaceKap and is one of the main reasons why we choose that platform to build upon.

What is the construction of your campers?

For the Arctos, check out the construction page for all of the details.

The Koda uses the Spacekap, which is a 3 piece fiberglass construction that is chemically bonded at the seams with a white gelcoat finish. The inside construction we use is a mixture of vertical grade laminate plywood cabinets, with composite counter tops. The walls are made of OSB laminated with Azdel and 1” foam insulation.

What trucks will your campers fit in?

The Arctos Sport is designed for a mid-size or full-size truck with a 6.5ft bed. It can easily be customized to us for any bed size, or truck. If you are interested in customizing a unit contact us from the custom page.

The Spacekap Diablo is designed to fit full size 6.5ft trucks ONLY. It is too wide inside the wheel wells to fit on any mid-size or mini trucks.

How do your campers attach to the truck?

All standard units come with a ratcheting strap system to utilize the tie down points inside the truck bed. If you choose to use this as your only method of securing it to your truck, please review your truck manufacturer's documentation to make sure that you are comfortable with capacity of your trucks tie down points. We strongly recommend a rubber mat in your bed for the camper sit on.

Can the tailgate stay on my truck with your campers?

With the Arctos, Yes.

With the Koda, No. The Spacekap shell we currently use is not compatible with leaving your tailgate on. The width at the rear interferes with the cables on the tailgate. Plus, removing the tailgate is a great way to shed some excess weight!

Can your campers be used off of the truck?

Yes, on either, however, for the Koda we do recommend supporting the floor. While the shell is more than capable of handling the stress, it is possible that it could lead to cosmetic cracks in the gelcoat.

Do you offer empty shells?

Yes. For the Arctos, we offer a DIY Package which includes the shell, door, windows, manual jack stands and ratchet strap mounts. If you are interested check out the Arctos page for more details.

For the Koda, we are an authorized Spacekap distributor and can work with you to proved just the shell or, if you are looking to build it out on your own, we can assist with some of the foundational work (jacks, interior walls, windows, etc. that can be the most challenging. We can also help with sourcing some of the components that can be difficult and costly for an individual to purchase one their own.

What do you need to do before pickup?
